Participants are supposed to arrive on June 24, 2013 and departure on 29 June, 2013 by train from/to Moscow Leningrad railway station to/from Bologoe (75 km to Valday resort) railway station by taking the high speed Sapsan train.
The transfer from the railway station to the Valday resort and back will be offered to the participants indicating their arrival/departure date and time by mail to the Organizing Committee.

If you need to book a transfer from the railway station Bologoe or Okulovka to Valday resort, please send a mail to Organizing Committee and point your arrival date and time.
If you arrive in Moscow too late to take fastest trains, there are two trains
1. train 098A departing at 16;55 from Moscow Leningrad station to Pskov, it stops at Valday station at 22:25 in the night.
2. train 010А departing at 18:30 from Moscow Leningrad station to Pskov, it stops at Valday station at 01:06 in the night.

2. From Moscow to Valday resort
The
easiest way to get Valday
resort from Moscow is
to take
a high-speed train SAPSAN to the station
Bologoe or Okulovka.
It is recommended to buy electron tickets for the SAPSAN train in advance on the web page of the Russian railway company http://pass.rzd.ru/main-pass/public/en .The SAPSAN train
departs from the Leningrad railway Station
in Moscow. Leningrad railway station can be
reached in Moscow by
underground metro train, it is at

Three
SAPSAN trains stop at the station Bologoe. One train stops at Okulovka (18km from Valday resort) railway station. Travel time to Bologoe station is ~2h15min. The one way ticket price is ~2000 Russian rubles (~50 euros). There are many other trains go to the Bologoe and Okulovka stations from Moscow. The way in such trains will take ~twice more time than by SAPSAN train.
