The International Workshop on Non-Accelerator New Physics (NANPino-2013) will be held in "Valday" resort, Novgorod region, RUSSIA, on June 24-29, 2013. By this Workshop we restart series of conferences that were hold in Dubna some time ago.
The traditional purpose of the Conference is to highlight the present status and prospects of searching for new physics beyond the Standard Model in non-accelerator experiments. Complementarity of accelerator and non-accelerator searches is a traditional leit-motif of the NANP conference.
NANPino-2013 Workshop will be focused on the reactor neutrino physics.

Participation: The Workshop will be held with a limited number of participants (by invitation only) to create an informal atmosphere inspiring fruitful discussions.
Deadlines for registration: 1. To get Russian visa you have to receive filled Visa Application Form from workshop secretariat no later than May 15, 2013. The Visa Application Form will be sent after an accept of the registration. 2. As
a part of the workshop program we are going to have excursion to the
“Neutrino Cave at the Kalinin Nuclear Station”. To have pass to the
station all visitors
should fill paperwork 45 days before the visit. In order to be in time
the deadline for those wishing to visit Kalinin Nuclear Station is to May 5, 2013.
Conference secretariat will help you with necessary formalities.
Accommodation: Participants will be housed in the resort "Valday". A limited number of rooms in "Valday" resort will be pre-booked for participants of the Workshop.
Registration fees: The registration fee will amount to 150 euros (6000 Russian rubles) per participant and 100 euros (4000 russian rubles) for the accompanying person. The registration fee includes: rent a conference hall, all local expenses in "Valday" resort (transfer from the Bologoe railway station to the "Valday" resort, coffee and snacks) a welcome party, a banquet, social events and Proceedings. Payment can be done at the Conference office by cash only. Credit cards will not be accepted.
Proceedings: The Proceedings will be published. Participants will receive a copy of the Proceedings at no extra charge.
Next circular: Only those who have returned the accompanying questionnaire will receive the second circular. It will contain more information on the scientific program, organization, accommodation, registration fees, visas, etc.
