Please note following deadlines for registration:
1. To get Russian visa you have to receive a Visa Application Form from workshop secretariat, to fill in and to send back no later than May 15, 2013. The Visa Application Form will be sent after an accept of the registration.
2. As
a part of the workshop program we are going to have excursion to the
“Neutrino Cave at the Kalinin Nuclear Station”. To have pass to the
station all visitors should fill paperwork 45 days before the visit. In order to be in time the deadline for those wishing to visit Kalinin Nuclear Station is to May 5, 2013.
Conference secretariat will help you with necessary formalities.
